We ship all our orders with Speed Services Overnight Shipping (within South Africa only).
Please not that Special/Custom Orders, orders of out of stock items, and orders of La Pointe shoes require a 6 week processing time.
We take great care in ensuring that all of our products leave us in perfect condition, however, should you find a manufacture problem with any of the items that you have purchased we commit to refund you under certain conditions. No exchange is possible.
No returns on any of our items for hygiene purposes except for bags, shoes, or manufacture faults.
You must contact us within 48 hrs from receipt of the parcel. We will not accept any claim after this period.
Once your claim has been taken into account a reference number will be sent to you.

The items must be returned at your charge. We do not take responsibility for mislaid returned parcels.
The item must be in original packaging with tags still attached, we will not accept washed or soiled items.
Please note we will not accept any returned items which do not comply with the above specifications.
We endeavour to process refunds within 14 days from receipt of your return.Refunds will be credited to your credit card account for the full value of the item returned.
You may collect your order instead of having it shipped.
Orders for collection must be collected before 2pm, week days only from 14 Sykes Road, Kloof.
